Instructions
- The night before, spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of Cacaonut onto parchment paper and freeze until solid.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter.
- Place a frozen Cacaonut disc in the center and cover with another tablespoon of batter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip carefully. Cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries.
